Welcome

To serve distributors better and fill orders more quickly, IPAP has teamed up with the California Milk Advisory Board (CMAB). This partnership to support “Real California Cheese” (RCC) offers IPAP distributors many exciting opportunities! You’ll find better product selection, more choices on commodity items, increased efficiency and the opportunity to be more competitive.

California ranks #1 in the United States in the production of fluid milk, butter, ice cream and nonfat dry milk, and is soon to be the largest dairy commodity provider in the country.

Formed in 1969, the CMAB helps promote increased consumption of dairy products through advertising, promotions, research and education. The CMAB includes 24 dairy farmers representing the 2100 dairy families of California, and also includes professional staffs in Modesto and South San Francisco.
