Old Country Farms
In the fall of 1982, the Old Order Amish community of Cashton, Wisconsin broke ground on a cheese plant. The community had reached a consensus that having their own cheese factory was the best way to provide their dairy farmers with a continuing market for their milk. Old Country Farms is currently supplied all of its milk for the cheese making process by 230 Amish dairy farms.
Old Country Farms offers IPAP’s member distributors loaf Muenster and Brick cheeses.
