IPAP is owned by five buying groups: Frosty Acres Brands, Federated Foodservice, Golbon, Performance Food Group and UniPro Foodservice.

These venture partners formed an alliance to obtain better pricing, expand product options, reduce internal costs and achieve greater inventory turns all while remaining competitors. Collectively the five groups represent more than 1,000 independent distributors. Since forming in 1991, IPAP’s owners combined have sold over one billion pounds of refrigerated dairy products to their operators through IPAP.
